OUR ARRIVAL TIME IS 8:50AM THIS FRIDAY MORNING!!!!

Our last leg of the flight is from Chicago to Tulsa on American Airlines and we will arrive first thing in the morning after traveling for almost two days (We leave your time Wed at 5:00 and fly from Hanoi-Taipei-San Francisco- Chicago-Tulsa.) The other families picked up their visas early today so they changed their tickets are already on a plane! (3 families are headed home) The Homans and the Perrymans will be hanging out for one more wild Hanoi night.

We only have a few things to ask of you at the airport…

Please allow our mothers to hold Avi Joy first, then our fathers, step-father, grandparents and other family. If you cannot stay, we totally and completely understand and we will see you soon enough and you can meet Avi Joy upclose and personal!

If you are able to stay, we would like ALL family/friends to be able hold her, but we ask that you please be considerate of the time you hold her as to share the wealth of Avi Joy. We have no idea how she will be feeling or if she will be sleeping or crying or what, so be patient, we are going to try to have her fed, changed and happy for everyone, but we all know baby’s…

We have a little ‘Avi Joy’ for each family that comes as a souvenir. You will have to wait and see what it is… we are going to ask if Greg Pierce will make sure each family receives an ‘Avi Joy’ (not each individual person.) We will have them ready to give to you when we get off the plane.

We would like to see if Sue/Andrea will video for us on our camera. We will have it running as we get off the plane and will hand off to you. Just walk around and film all the excitement, if you need to hand off back and forth to one another that is fine. Maybe for the first 15 minutes or so…

Mrs. Dillon, from Dillon International Adoption Agency, may be there along with Jynger Roberts, the head of the Vietnam program. We are asking Rhonda Runnels to please introduce them to our family, if they are able to make it. Avi Joy is home with us because of their love of children.

We have loved Vietnam and could not document all the amazing things from this trip. We will be back someday… The Lord has been faithful in countless ways and always extended us His peace, but the best gift was His Joy!

With continuous love, The Perryman’s

On a quick note, this change just came in... we will still be arriving at 8:50am from Chicago, but the Homan's will be arriving at 8:15am from Dallas.  Just wanted to let everyone know.
